El Rincón de las Tobas es la obra y empeño de una familia volcada en preservar la actividad y vitalidad de un paraje único en la localidad serrana de Higuera de la Sierra, sorteada por senderos de inigualable belleza, las casas rurales. El rincón de las Tobas, se asientan en una finca particular con seis hectáreas de extensión a 1,5 km del centro de la localidad. El olor aromático de romeros, jaras y encinas descubren al visitante un corto sendero de majestuosos alcornocales, dibujando parte del camino que une Higuera de la Sierra con Zufre.

Las tres casas que componen. El Rincón de las Tobas son Casa "PICO - PICAPINO", Casa "VERDECILLO" y Casa "ARRENDAJO", nombre de tres de las numerosas especies de pájaros que habitan la Sierra. Cada una de ellas tiene 103 m2 construidos desde donde admirar las majestuosas encinas y el paisaje que bajo ellas se extiende. Tras las casas, una antigua Era situada en un alto ofrecerá a las personas que se alojen un cielo nocturno impresionante.

El magnífico trabajo del arquitecto , ha logrado compaginar a la perfección el diseño innovador y acorde con el entorno adehesado en el que se encuentran las casas. La construcción robusta y elegante, mezcla en la fachada la piedra y el blanco.

Se ha cuidado hasta el último detalle de la construcción exterior, manteniendo en todo momento el respeto por el medio ambiente y la integración paisajística de las casas al paraje natural.

• Las casas disponen de calefacción y placas de energía solar.
• Una de ellas cuenta con habitación y cuarto de baño adaptado para discapacitados.
• Las habitaciones y baños. Cada casa cuenta con 2 habitaciones. Una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas de 90 cm.
• Baño en cada habitación con: secador, shampoo, gel y jabón de manos.
• El salón. Amplio, con chimenea. También dispone de televisor y reproductor DVD.
• La cocina. Dispone de menaje completo, además de lavadora, lavavajillas y microondas.

El Rincon de las Tobas  is the work and commitment of a family willing to preserve a unique place in the mountain town, Higuera de la Sierra. El Rincon de Las Tobas is situated on a private farm with six hectares to 1.5 km from the center of town. The aromatic scent of rosemary, oak thickets and visitors find a short path of majestic cork, a trail links Higuera de la Sierra with Zufre.

The three houses each has 103 m2 built from which to admire the majestic oak trees and the landscape beneath them spread. After the houses, an old was located in a high offer to people staying for a breathtaking night sky.

The magnificent work of the architect, has managed to perfectly combine innovative design and in keeping with the surroundings adehesado where are the houses. The robust construction and stylish mix in the stone facade and white.

We love to take care of the animales and we pretend that the animal are Happy while they are with us..

The Kings of " Finca Montefrío Kings are pigs, but we also have goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, donkeys and horses ...

During your stay everybody can collaborate with the daily care taking of the animals.

We think that the contact with animals  is important , a funny experience and full of emotions

Our goats help us to clear land around the Villa,  cistus, thyme, lavender ....

Eating the grass between the buildings, they transform it all into rich milk and tasty cheese which we traditionally use for own consumption.

Many of our visitors can enjoy observing and assisting in the preparation of our cheeses, starting with milking the goats.
